      How to order

    Click on the [Join Us] button on top bar and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately start shopping and get benefits from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward points. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

  • ORDER

      How to order

    Order is processed as below: 
    Step 1: Search for products. 
    Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart. 
    Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order. 
    Step 4: Fill in the order form. 
    Step 5: Proceed with payment. 
    Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been confirmed. Please contact us through email or forum if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.


  • CHANGE

      Returns & Exchanges

    1. Requirements:

    Please take into consideration that we do NOT accept any returns and exchanges. We do our best to check the product quality before we ship out all the orders.


    1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
    -you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status.

    or
    -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
    -the ordered item is out of stock.


    2) If there is a missing item from your order:

    *Contact us by email or forum within 7 days of delivery.
    *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed. 

    Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material. 

  • REFUND

      Refund

    It takes 10 business days to issue a refund for a cancelled order.
    Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

  • OTHER

      Other

    Pending period for reward store points:

    Your reward store points issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 30 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store points balance.

    Requirements:

    If you pay for your order with store points, minimum usable points per order is 2 points.

    However, it is mandatory to spend a minimum of USD 50 to be applicable to use the store points.

    *The maximum points you can spend on per order is “30 points”

    Cancellation of store points:
    Pending points issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store points will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store points will expire if there is no newly issued store points for three years.
